Sarah Bane-Martinez

As President and Owner of Bane Staffing, Sarah Bane-Martinez is a renowned leader in the staffing industry. While working her way up from Recruitment Specialist to President, Sarah realized she had an opportunity to create an organization that focuses on people first while still positively impacting the local community and economy—and she did just that. Under Sarah’s leadership, Bane Staffing has staffed hundreds of Ohioans with jobs that care about their wellbeing and provide an opportunity for growth. Sarah’s expertise, direction, and vision have empowered Bane Staffing to be the strategic partner to dozens of locally owned and operated businesses. Off the clock, you’ll find Sarah enjoying time with family, friends, and local ministries.

Rachel Bane
Business Development Manager

Rachel Bane joined Bane Staffing in 2019 as Business Development Manager. A dedicated servant leader, Rachel was excited to join her family’s business and contribute to Bane Staffing’s growth. Her motto, “Do all things with excellence,” guides her commitment to building relationships with employers and helping people achieve their career goals. In her free time, Rachel enjoys serving the local community through nonprofit outreach.

Christian Gibson
Staffing Coordinator

As a staffing coordinator, Christian Gibson loves to meet new people, listen to their needs, and guide them through every step of finding a great job. Christian spends free time doing art, relaxing, and enjoying time with family.

Dinora Uvalle
Executive Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

As Executive Bilingual Staffing Coordinator, Dinora Uvalle-Vazquez has been a part of the Bane Staffing team since 2000. Dinora is always in direct contact with the Latino community. She formerly served as co-founder and Community Outreach Coordinator for Amigos, the Richmond Latino Center. She is also a DJ for two Spanish Radio shows and an interpreter. Dinora values Bane Staffing’s commitment to diversity and the cultural needs of clients and employees.

Chrystal Kay
Staffing Coordinator

Chrystal Kay brings a diverse background to her role as Staffing Coordinator, with experience in industrial services, healthcare, retail, and customer service. Her favorite part of working in human resources is developing long-term relationships, whether it’s with employers or job seekers. Outside of work, Chrystal likes to ride motorcycles, tend to her yard, and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

Deanna Shaw
Staffing Coordinator

Deanna Shaw is proud to be a Staffing Coordinator, where she helps people from all walks of life find new job opportunities and grow their careers. She believes everyone deserves a fair chance to find work that fits their personality, skills, and goals. Away from the office, Deanna loves spending time with family and watching football, comedy, and sci-fi flicks. She also enjoys hiking and painting.

David Panfilo
Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

As Bilingual Staffing Coordinator, David Panfilo is committed to helping Spanish-speaking job seekers make positive strides in their professional careers across a variety of industries. His favorite part of his role is helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Outside of work, David enjoys playing online games with friends and family, and exploring the many hiking trails Dayton has to offer.

Alexis Burnham
Marketing Consultant

Alexis Burnham is a motivated marketer who brings passion and creativity to her role at Bane Staffing. A Bowling Green State University alumni and proud Buckeye, Alexis enjoys the immediate impact Bane Staffing creates by partnering with local businesses, and more importantly, residents who are ready and excited to work. Outside of work, Alexis is usually reading a good book or taking a walk with her adorable puppy, Finn.

Steven Hubbard
Payroll Coordinator

Steven has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the payroll process runs quickly and smoothly for Bane Staffing’s clients and employees. Prior to joining the Bane Staffing team, Steven worked as a part-time external contractor, giving him the experience and perspective of a temp-to-hire individual. A natural problem-solver and teammate, Steven ensures the right systems are in place to provide accurate, timely payroll services.

Amanda Troutt
Administrative Assistant

Amanda Troutt has been a part of the Bane family for over five years. As the Administrative Assistant, Amanda keeps the office running smoothly. She especially enjoys the positive environment at Bane Staffing and helping others reach their goals of finding employment. When she’s not at work, you can find Amanda spending time with her three sons and catching up on her reading list.
