How do you find your candidate pool and how is it different from all the other agencies?

We use various marketing strategies to recruit qualified candidates for each specific client’s needs. These include, but are not limited to: company-specific social media postings on all platforms, community recruitment (job fairs, flyers, yard signs, etc.), and client-specific job posting ads placed on all major online recruitment sites. We continuously market so we can ensure a constant flow of applicants. At all times, we have a database of thousands of applicants.
