Injection Mold Operator
Currently seeking rubber injection molding press operators to join the Bane team! Hire on in 90-120 days with great benefits and raises! This is the opportunity for a great new career! All 3 shifts available! Great pay and great benefits!

Injection Mold Operator Requirements:

This is an entry-level position. Initial training can be accomplished by on the job training.
Must have reading and writing ability necessary to perform job duties, and have general knowledge of basic math.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
Should be able to gauge parts.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug screen

Injection Mold Operator Responsibilities:

Not an inclusive list
Must be able to operate both vertical and horizontal injection molding machines
Must complete on the job training
Must follow attendance policy
Must produce products to client specifications
General labor assignments as needed
Must follow instructions from supervisors

How soon can I start working?

This varies based on your needs. Most of our positions are full-time, permanent positions, so it may take a little longer to get placed. Our placements may take anywhere from one to three days, depending on the clients’ requirements. We assure you that we will get you working as fast as we can.

Do you offer health insurance?

Yes! Insurance benefits are available as soon as your first day of employment. Our benefit plans are in compliance with ACA standards.
